Our client, international and stable company, is looking for suitable candidate for its 3rd Level Support Team.

Main responsibilities:

3rd line support

- solving customer third line software and hardware problems
- providing an expertise or a capability constraints
- providing problem investigations
- providing testing
- measuring and improving on the support chain performance
- responsibility for 24x7 customer support

Deployment & projects

- performing or supporting deployments of new or upgraded products
- acceptance testing (new SW and HW releases)
- building up the knowledge on the products and new releases within the company

Requirements:

optimally university degree 3 years experience within a customer/application support and within an installing applications knowledge of UNIX, LINUX administration good knowledge of Telco switching and protocols overview in HW technologies (servers,networks) customer approach analytical thinking enthusiasm to work on technically complex issues effective and great problem solving skills team player with good communication skills ability to work under presure ability to travel (occansionally)
