BASED IN BOHUMÍN, CZECH REPUBLIC
As a successful candidate you will be responsible for the following:
Incident handling and troubleshooting on the global infrastructure:
About 700 servers,Large CISCO based network,EMC storage, etc.
- Carry out daily operations and maintenance tasks
- Monitoring the health and availability of the system
- Prepare and maintain standards, documentations and procedure for the area
- Train the the first level team and prepare documentation
- Coordinate operations with customers and colleagues
- Automating tasks
- Participate in the patch management work
- Install servers and network equipment based on the standard setup

Your education and experience:
Microsoft Servers in general
Some knowledge with:
- Exchange
- MS SQL servers
- Microsoft system center products
- Monitoring products
- Virtual server environments
- Backup and restore
- SAN and NAS
- CISCO equipment
- VM-Ware
Experience with ITIL or MOF is an advantage
University degree is an advantage but not a must
Your personality in relation to job content and objectives:
