Our client, a worldwide international company, has decided to move part of their business to Prague/Czech republic. This is great opportunity for the high calibre candidate to join growing / international environment in Prague. The position is called Data Maintenance Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Leading Data entry department
- Implementing / changing / maintaining of the new systems & procedures
- Daily contact / problem solving with SSC customers
- Continuous improvement, supporting Lean initiatives and integrity system
- Manage DOA and PM Basware Data Database
- Hiring / motivating / couching team members
- Leading 12+ co-members in the team
Requirement:
- Experience from managerial position within international SSC (4+ years)
- Accountancy / finance background + experience from administrative business
- Fluency in English, other European language is a plus
- ERP knowledge (accounting SW, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail, customer oriented
- Great communicator & problem solving and assertive
