Job title:
COMPENSATION PROJECT ANALYST with Spanish
Description:Main responsibilities
• Operational activities related to the creation of compensation surveys
• Close cooperation with project managers in Prague and other European offices
• Contribution to project and process planning
• Client communication (via phone and e-mail)
• Preparation of data collection materials in both English and Spanish
• Data validation and quality checking
• Data analysis and report production
• Preparation of online report delivery tool
Skills & Competencies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English language capabilities (written and verbal)
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish (written and verbal) plus one other European language
• Advanced PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Analytical and Project management skills
• Communication skills and customer focus
• Solution-oriented
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to collaborate with others on the team to achieve results
This is a full-time, permanent position.
